In  semi-urban and rural areas, women have the talent and drive to earn, but often lack access to skills, capital, and supportive networks to grow independently. Social norms and limited opportunities keep them away from decision-making and economic freedom.

Through our Women’s Entrepreneurship & Empowerment initiatives, Padmini Foundation helps women turn their skills into sustainable livelihoods, access finance and markets, and build the confidence to lead. By supporting women as entrepreneurs and community leaders, we strengthen not just individual lives, but entire families and villages

Skill Development

Practical training designed for women in semi-urban and rural settings.

These programs build skills in local trades — like handicrafts, food processing, and service-based micro-businesses — enabling income generation and self-reliance.

Mentorship & Support

 Women are paired with experienced business leaders for guidance and confidence-building.

We also facilitate peer support groups where women exchange knowledge, problem-solve, and grow together.

An initiative focused on enabling women to build sustainable livelihoods through enterprise and skill development.

Saksham Vanita supports aspiring women entrepreneurs with practical training, mentorship, and access to resources — helping them transform ideas into viable businesses and become confident economic contributors within their communities.

Nyaya Shakti – Women’s Legal & Empowerment Initiative

A holistic outreach initiative focused on strengthening rural women through awareness, knowledge, and opportunity.

Nyaya Shakti reached over 3,000 women across 40 locations in Sankhali, Bicholim, and Mayem — empowering them with the information and confidence needed to make informed decisions and lead stronger, self-reliant lives.
