In rural and semi-urban communities, entrepreneurship often begins with necessity rather than opportunity. Small vendors, artisans, farmers, and service providers have the potential to build sustainable livelihoods — but lack access to skills, resources, and structured support.

We work closely with grassroots entrepreneurs and community groups to support them at every stage of their business journey. Through skill-building, access to resources and capital, mentorship, market linkages, and ongoing support, we help small enterprises establish a strong foundation, operate sustainably, and grow with confidence.

Skill Development

Tailored training programs that build the core skills needed to start and manage small businesses.

These include digital literacy, financial planning, basic marketing, and business management—helping entrepreneurs operate more confidently and competitively.

Mentorship & Networking

Enabling entrepreneurs to identify local and regional markets for their products and services.

Knowledge &  support for branding, packaging, and distribution, helping businesses improve visibility and reach.

Capital & Resources

Support micro-entrepreneurs in accessing microloans, seed funding, and essential resources.

By connecting them with tools, materials, and appropriate technology, we help reduce barriers to starting and sustaining enterprises.

Legal & Regulatory Support

Clarity and guidance on legal and compliance requirements for small businesses through practical training & workshops.

This includes support with business registration, taxation basics, and necessary formal documentation.

Community-Based Enterprises

We encourage cooperative and community-owned business models that foster shared growth.

Our initiatives focus on nurturing micro-entrepreneurs and strengthening local enterprise ecosystems.
By enabling access to skills, capital, and networks, we promote self-reliance and community-driven economic growth.

Entrepreneurship Development & Mentorship Program

Initiative to identify and nurture emerging entrepreneurs at the grassroots level.

From 250 participants, 40 promising individuals were selected for specialised mentoring – equipping them with the guidance, strategy, and confidence needed to build  enterprises.

Agri Clinic & Agri Business Centre (ACABC)

An initiative aimed at strengthening agri-entrepreneurship and promoting sustainable rural livelihoods.

Through structured training, technical guidance, and business support, ACABC empowers aspiring agri-entrepreneurs to establish agri-clinics and agri-business ventures — creating self-employment opportunities while enhancing agricultural productivity and services within local communities.
