Our Inspiration

Mrs Padmini Sawant

Padmini Foundation draws its name and spirit from the late Mrs. Padmini Pandurang Sawant — a woman whose life was defined by quiet resilience, unshakable values, and a deep-rooted belief in the power of education to transform lives.

She was more than the matriarch of our family — she was a force of grace, discipline, and purpose. Her unwavering commitment to uplifting others, especially women and youth, laid the foundation for everything we stand for today.

Through our work, we strive to honour her legacy by creating pathways to knowledge, opportunity, and self-reliance for those who need it most.

As we carry her vision forward, we remember her not only with love, but with action — turning her ideals into impact, one life at a time.
