At Padmini Foundation, we work to bridge that gap — helping students not only stay in school, but move forward with clarity, confidence, and career-ready capabilities.

Our Education & Career Development programs focus on practical learning, career exploration, and skill-building tailored to the real needs of students in underserved areas.

Career Counseling

One-on-one and group counselling sessions help students explore their interests, understand different career paths, and set clear short-term academic and career goals.

These are especially important for students who  have limited exposure to higher education and job markets.

Industry Exposure

Real world industry exposure through visits to local industries, small businesses, and training centres.

These experiences give students a first-hand look at real working environments and help them better understand what different careers actually look like.

Career Fairs

Clarity of career opportunities  together local businesses, vocational institutes, and educational organizations under one roof.

Students get the opportunity to explore courses, ask questions, and expand their vision for what’s possible after school.

Skill Development

Collaboration with local industries to offer short and medium-term skill-building courses in fields where employment opportunities are growing.

These are practical, hands-on programs that align with the needs of the local job market.
